Within a patient or employee’s chart, there is an interactive Summary dashboard chart tab. This is a dashboard that displays summary information, regarding the chart, that is sectioned or organized as portlets. Summary information here is used as a quick reference to view information currently stored in the chart. The Summary dashboard is interactive, allowing the user to arrange portlets of information how they wish, and offers a method to dive directly into where a specific portlet of information is stored in the chart, to view more detailed information or to perhaps edit or add additional information to the chart.
